First Week

Hello Everyone!!

This first week as been a lot of things. But most of all I am just so grateful to be here and to learn. I am really enjoying the MTC. The days start at 6:30 and we go nonstop learning/classes/teaching until 9:30. It is very busy but I love being here and having a purpose. Someone described the MTC as drinking out of a fire hose. This is true. There is so much to take in these four weeks I have got here!
I have been learning so much in the Book of Mormon since getting here. It is helping me recognize my purpose even more as a missionary. It is such an amazing book I am so grateful to have it to guide me in my life.
My companion is Sister Montierth. She is from Mesa, Arizona and went to BYU Hawaii this past year. She is super cool and we get along really well. My companion is also going to Temple Square. I feel so blessed to have Sister Montierth as my companion. We are super similar in a lot of ways.
To be honest I need to get better at this because I have no idea what to include.
I keep on running into Elder Weichers and Elder Jex from BYU! So it has been nice seeing familiar faces. I have also seen a couple of the girls from my hall recently. Its weird because we are in Provo again and literally can see all of BYU from the MTC but it is totally different because we are here for our missions and to spread the gospel, not to go to school and just hang out and eat.
My p-day is going to be Tuesday for the next three weeks. I can read e-mails and letters any day of the week. But I can only respond on Tuesdays.
Sister Montierth and I joined the choir here at the MTC. I might not be the best singer but I do love the music and just hearing everyone sing is so uplifting.
During exercise the other day we played sand volleyball and it was a lot of fun. The gym has been closed so everyone goes to the field. It is nice going to the field because we get to leave the MTC for a little and it feels not as much like a prison.
I hope everyone is doing well! I love to hear from you guys!

Love,
Sister Price (Natalie)

My district. The Elders in our district are going to Canada and North Carolina. Three of them are from Utah and one is from Wales. Which is pretty fun we all just talk in British accents with each other. The sisters are from New Jersey, Arizona, and North Carolina. All us sisters are going to Temple Square.
