Welcome to my blog!

Hello everybody this is Natalie. I have been called to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Utah Salt Lake City Temple Square Mission! I report to the missionary training center on July 24th. Serving a mission requires a lot of sacrifices so that as missionaries we may focus on the work we are doing. Therefore, I will not be keeping in contact by texting, calling, etc. I am leaving my cell phone behind for the next 18 months. As a missionary we get the chance to email once a week. So here on my blog one of my lovely sisters will be posting my email and photos every week!
I am so excited to be serving a mission. I believe that what I am teaching others is true. I know it is. I have felt this confirmation in my own life. I will be testifying of the Book of Mormon and using it to then testify of the Savior. Jesus Christ has atoned for our sins. As we come unto him we can be made perfect in the eternities to come. It is only through the Savior that we can be saved. No one is perfect in this mortal life. I see Jesus Christ in every aspect of our church’s teachings. I know this is our Savior’s church. I love my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know they know us all individually. Christ is always waiting for us. We just need to knock. I would like to share my favorite scripture passage which is in 2 Nephi 25:26. It says “And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.” Friends, family, everyone that is reading this I invite you to come unto Jesus Christ and read the Book of Mormon. It is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know this because I have read it and prayed to know this truth. I say these thing in the sacred name of our Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
