General Conference

Hello everybody!

What a busy week it has been! It has definately felt like the longest week of my mission not going to lie. We had General Conference this last weekend at Temple Square and it was insane! There were sooooo many people here. We were nonstop getting to talk to people and it was amazing. We also got to hear from the prophet and other leaders of our church and that was just wonderful. Us sisters only get to go to one session of conference and then have to watch the other ones on our own time because we have to be on square contacting during the other sessions. My zone got to go to the Sunday afternoon (last) session of conference. It was so wonderful. Presient Nelson really is a prophet of God I believe. I love how he talked about the blessings that will come as we call this church by its correct name The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is true. This really is Christ's church I realize that more and more every day as I get to talk to people about it and testify of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

Also at Conference Elder Uchtdorf came over to see us sisters all sitting together and we got a picture with him and his wife. Then Sister Draper and I ran to the bathroom before it started and we walked right by Elder Gong and got to shake his hand. It was super cool getting to meet them. I was pretty pumped.

Today as part of our p-day we had our district activity and went to East High! It was super cool and we walked around inside. It was super weird being back in a high school especially because there was a bunch of high schoolers doing after school activities inside.
