Happy Thanksgiving

Hellooooooooo everyone! 

I hope you all had a WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING. Here on Thanksgiving the square was closed for a few hours so we got to go to local members homes. We went to a Samoan families home. It was so nice getting to go to a families home for the first time on my mission! There was so much Christlike love in this families home. They were amazing. They gave us sooooo much food. Then they asked us to take some laundry detergent from them and it was just the kindest thing. I could not have been more grateful for them and their kindness. 

Tonight the lights turn on and it is really exciting! Check out the light the world website on mormon.org if you haven't yet! I am so grateful to get to share the joy of the Christmas season with the thousands of people that will be coming through. 

Shout out to Courtney and the whole Irwin family for finding me on square this week! It was the most insane thing running into them and getting to talk to them for just a bit. I was not even supposed to be in the North Visitors Center when they popped in there but I happened to be and they just came in!
